Weekend Racing Review – -10units – Saturday March 25th

Michael Kruse / 25 March 2019

We returned a total of 0 units after outlaying 10units giving us absolute donuts

That gives us a total of +32.8units overall (Odds are recorded in top tote) Results found here.

What a shocker we had on the weekend

We didn’t manage to find 1 winner out of 6 bets on what was really a tough day’s racing at Rosehill.

It happens, that’s racing. We push on to next week with lessons learnt and horses black booked.

Winx did Winx things running to an outstanding rating, showing she is going better than ever

Nature Strip won in the closest of photos with Pierata flashing late, BIG watch next start.

Avilius was back in the winners circle along with The Autumn Sun, and Kiamichi who won the Golden Slipper for Frosty!

Golden Slipper -1unit

Not exactly sure what happened here

Certainly expected him to run a lot closer than what he did

Possibly didn’t like the wet way of going? won’t be sacking him

Kiamichi went huge winning at juicy odds, well done to Frosty (D.Lane)

The Galaxy -1unit

Graff, Graff, Graff…

Just can’t seem to catch him, he get’s through the wet going so not sure why he was so disappointing

He was just that… Disappointing

Epona Stakes -1unit

looked to be going quite well, just got beaten by a good one in Samari

No knock

N E Manion Cup -1unit

Was quietly confident about this tip

I believe the ground may have just been a touch to heavy for this one finishing 3rd

I won’t be sacking him off the back of that I can assure you

Darby Munro Stakes -1unit

No celebration song for Gem Song, get in the bin

Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda,

Mornington Race 4 -5units

o0o0o0o, this one hurt

It was always going to be a 2 horse race

With race fitness on his side and the jockey claim really though Music Bay was going to salute for the team hence the 5 unit play

It didn’t salute.

Tahitian Dancer just got chocolates and I bet they tasted sweet.
