The Pakenham Racecourse will be run the synthetic. The rail is in the true for the entire circuit.

Track typically plays pretty fairly, dictated by tempo and the quality of the horses. There is a slight advantage to those leading and on-pace.

Today’s Pakenham racing tips can be found below,

Best Bet

Race 3: Expected Tempo: Weak

#7 MISS CARDANNIC ❌

Not exactly sure what Box Office the favourite has under the hood.

But gee i rated the trial of #7 MISS CADANNIC.

Trial says she ran 4th but it was who she ran behind.

Kalina Views was 3rd in that trial, since came out and ran a cracking race at Caulfield on the weekend (4th) behind MANALO BLING & HUSK

Hypothetical (2nd) who is G1 placed (not asked for much at all)

Herbert Park (1st) came out and won last Wednesday at Sandown in a BM64.

$4.20 seems a silly price.

Next Best Tip

Race 4: Expected Tempo: Weak

#7 MELIDESH ✅

Believe he is cut above this lot. Solid FU over 1100m, screaming for further, B Shinn on, tick.

Best Each Way/Roughie

Race 7: Expected Tempo: Above Average

#6 JAZ TYCOON

Silly hidden price i thought. Rates and maps well, lightly raced.

Other Thoughts/Value Selections

Race 8: I Am Velvet is a bit short i thought, good thing? mmm, ill take a slice of #8 UNCONQUERABLE who drops sharply here coming back from town. #14 DEVILS DELIGHT is another one i will be backing.

Race 9: #11 CROATIAN BELLE something a miss FU, willing to forgive. Booking of Mr Shinn speaks volumes. Will give him another chance at that price of $10
