Michael KrusePalmerbet Review: The Sydney Independent
Palmerbet is the Sydney based, Australian owned operator. The app covers PB Punters Club for group betting, an AI form ratings layer with speed maps on the race card, Same Game Multi and Same Race Multi with a built in tracker, and instant Quick Deposit through PayID. Palmerbet’s referral code - Promo codes palmerbet bonus code is KRUZEY. I have a Palmerbet account I use for the PB Punters Club with my mates, and we sanity check that against real Aussie votes in our Bookmaker of the Year survey - Bookmaker of the year survey.
What do we like about Palmerbet?
- PB Punters Club. Set up a private club with your punting mates, share bets, run a shared bankroll and watch the action inside the app. Palmerbet shipped the product in mid 2024 and it is one of the deeper group betting offers in the Australian market.
- AI form ratings and speed maps on the race card. The AI layer pulls the speed, sectional and class data into a single read on every runner and sits next to the full form guide on every race.
- Same Game Multi, Same Race Multi and the multi tracker. Build a multi inside a single event or single race, then watch the legs settle in real time on the tracker without leaving the bet slip.
Palmerbet Referral Code
The Palmerbet referral code is KRUZEY, entered at signup to tag your account through the KRUZEY referral. It unlocks no sign-up bonus, only the referral tag. For the full rundown, including the markets, the app and why no Australian bookie offers a sign-up bonus, see our Palmerbet bonus code page - Promo codes palmerbet bonus code.
Palmerbet Betting App
A lot changes quickly with betting apps. This info was last checked and updated: .
Palmerbet is a family-owned Australian bookmaker and the app reflects that, built around features punters actually use rather than corporate-marketing flash. PB Punters Club is the headline, a group-betting layer where you create a club, invite mates, place bets together and split the winnings, with exclusive offers attached to club members.
Bookie Bag is the daily promotions hub on racing and sports, refreshed regularly. AI-powered form on Australian races sits inside the racecard, surfacing ratings, speed maps and the standard form factors in one view.
Ratings sit identically around four and a half stars across both platforms with thousands of reviews on iOS and hundreds on Android, a consistent sample on both sides.
A quieter release this time, just general user experience tweaks under the hood.

Our Verdict on Palmerbet
For punters who bet with mates and want a real group product on the bet slip, Palmerbet is one of the cleanest options in the Australian licensed market. PB Punters Club runs deeper than the social features the bigger brands have bolted on, the AI form ratings layer is a real time saver on racing form study, and the multi tracker keeps the legs in view once the bet is on.
If you bet with mates, Palmerbet earns the primary slot. The PB Punters Club product is genuinely best in class for group betting in Australia, and we would put it on the home screen ahead of the bigger brands for that use case. Palmerbet Review FAQs
Is the Palmerbet app any good?
The iOS app is around four and a half stars across a few thousand reviews, and Android is around four and a half stars across a few hundred reviews. The app carries PB Punters Club for group betting, an AI form ratings layer, Same Game Multi, Same Race Multi and the multi tracker.
Is Palmerbet legit?
Yes. Palmerbet is an Australian owned, Australian licensed wagering operator that has been taking Aussie bets for more than a decade. It is allowed to take sports and racing wagers from Australian residents under the standard Australian wagering rules.
How fast do Palmerbet withdrawals land?
PayID and OSKO withdrawals to eligible Australian bank accounts usually clear within hours of Palmerbet processing the request, with the first withdrawal from a new account sometimes taking longer if extra identity checks are needed. Standard bank transfer follows your bank’s settlement window, typically one to three business days. Card and BPAY withdrawals are not offered.
How do I contact Palmerbet support?
Palmerbet runs phone customer support on 1300 124 357 (1300 12 HELP), a dedicated bet placement line on 1300 123 238 (1300 123 BET), and email at contact@palmerbet.com. Postal address: PO Box 1036, Cronulla NSW 2230. The help centre at palmerbet.com/hub/help covers banking, verification and account questions.
Does Palmerbet require ID verification before I can bet?
Yes. Under Australian wagering rules, identity verification is generally required before account use, not just before the first withdrawal. Palmerbet runs the standard electronic identity check at signup; if the background pass does not clear, you will be asked for a driver licence or passport and a utility bill or bank statement.
Does Palmerbet have a referral code?
Yes. The KRUZEY referral code is KRUZEY at signup. It is a referral code only and does not unlock any sign-up bonus. The National Consumer Protection Framework bans sign-up bonuses for new wagering customers, so no Australian licensed bookmaker legitimately offers one.
