We’ve seen some brilliant tennis on Day 1 of the 2023 Australian Open, with most of the favourites cruising. Rafa Nadal and Iga Swiatek did have some difficulties, but the women’s world No. 1 and her idol are still safely through to the second round.

On Day 2, players will get the full Australian Open experience as it will be the week’s hottest day. With temperatures up to 35 degrees and constantly over 30 degrees, we can expect some cruel battles in the Australian summer heat.
