KRUZEY Tips – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service cover the KRUZEY Tips mobile app.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KRUZEY Tips mobile application (the "App"), provided by Kruzey Pty Ltd (ABN 76 154 303 465) ("KRUZEY", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Victoria, Australia. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use the App. We ask for your date of birth at signup and will not create an account for anyone who does not meet this requirement. KRUZEY Tips is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.

2. What KRUZEY Tips is

KRUZEY Tips provides sports and horse racing tips, predictions, and related editorial content for general information and entertainment purposes. The App does not accept bets, does not process wagers, does not hold or transmit money on your behalf, and does not require or use a bookmaker account. Nothing in the App is a guarantee of any sporting or racing outcome, and nothing in the App constitutes financial, betting, or professional advice.

3. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account, including your legal name, date of birth, and a mobile number you control. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure. You may delete your account at any time from the App's Account tab. When you do, we switch the account off immediately and permanently delete your account and associated records within about 30 days. During that period you can restore the account by signing back in, and we will email the address on your account to let you know deletion was requested. This is described further in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misrepresent your age or identity when creating an account;
• attempt to access another person's account or data;
• use the App in any way that breaches Australian law, including gambling-related advertising or inducement laws;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App's normal operation.

5. Content, intellectual property, and AI-assisted content

Tips, predictions, articles, branding, and other content in the App belong to KRUZEY or our licensors. Some content, including tips commentary and editorial text, may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence tools as part of our editorial process. You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit App content without our written permission.

6. Entertainment purposes only, no financial advice

Tips, predictions, and related content in the App are provided for entertainment purposes only. Sports and racing tips are opinions based on data and analysis; outcomes in sport and racing are inherently uncertain, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of any tip, prediction, or piece of editorial content. Nothing in the App is financial, investment, or professional advice, and nothing in the App should be relied on as such. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on App content, including any decision to place a bet with a third-party bookmaker, and we accept no responsibility for the outcome of that decision or for any loss connected to it.

7. Third-party services

The App may reference or link to third-party advertisers or other services. We do not control those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the conduct, content, or practices of any third party.

8. Changes to the App and these Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, in-app). Continued use of the App after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, misrepresented your eligibility, or used the App unlawfully. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, KRUZEY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify KRUZEY and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents against any claim, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from or connected with your use of the App, your breach of these Terms, or any decision you make, including any wagering decision, based on App content.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
