Panthers vs Warriors Prediction
Top of the ladder meets second on the ladder and…

The Cowboys travel to Canberra as the road outsiders but the form line says they should be the chalk. Our model has the visitors knocking this off outright at a price the books have not adjusted to.

The Cowboys are quietly building one of the better months in the comp. The Raiders went down at home last start and the one before that to two of the form sides, and the wheels are starting to wobble in Canberra.
The books have the home side as the favourite. Our model has the road side winning outright by seven. That is a market still leaning on Canberra’s home record rather than the Cowboys form line.
The Cowboys have been scoring at a real clip across the last month and the Raiders defence has not held a side to anything under twenty five since their bye. The gap in the attacking numbers is too wide to ignore.
The risk is GIO Stadium doing what it does. The Raiders thrive in the cold and a low scoring grind suits them more than it suits a North Queensland side that prefers tempo.
We still want the road upset. Two ten plus on a side travelling this well, against a home team that has been a step slow in three of their last four, is exactly the price the model lives for.
Cowboys to roll Canberra by seven on the back of a hot road run the books have not priced in.
The road side is in better form, has the better attack, and the better point differential. The books just have not caught up.

| Predicted Score | Canberra Raiders 20 – North Queensland Cowboys 27 |
Our model has the Cowboys winning by seven at GIO Stadium. North Queensland have been scoring at a top side rate over the last five rounds and the Raiders defence has been leaking points all month.
The books are weighting the Raiders home record at GIO Stadium and ignoring the Cowboys road run. The Raiders have not won at home in their last two starts, which is where this market is mispriced.
Cowboys head to head at two fourteen. Our model has the road side winning outright by seven points and the books are still treating Canberra like a home banker, which is exactly the kind of mispricing we look for.
We tipped Cowboys to win – incorrect. Final score: Raiders 26 – Cowboys 12.
