Hawkesbury Horse Racing Tips Thu 15/10/26
All Star caught the eye early in race 7, three…

The Lamont Classic is the race we keep coming back to at Wagga. Andres Girl at $3.20 is worth a look in a field with no obvious leader, and on a Heavy 9 the closers should have their say. Gate 9 isn’t a gift but the price is fair.
10. Entirely Oak $8.00
Barrier 4 · Leader · Hot pace
Hot pace and two leaders fighting for the front. #10 Entirely Oak draws gate 4, the fav draws gate 8 and has to work to cross. Winkers go on and he ran second last start. $2.60 about Xtrascent doing the donkey work into a Heavy 9 is no thanks. Give me $8 about the one who lands in front cheaper.
3. Burning Issues $6.00
Barrier 1 · Midfield · No leader
$2.60 about a horse with two runs to his name and one placing? Not for me. #3 Burning Issues at $6 gets the rail in a no-leader race, finished second last start, and the favourite settles even further back from gate 7. Easy switch.
6. Andres Girl $3.20
Barrier 9 · Midfield · No leader
#6 Andres Girl ran second last start, the fav ran ninth, yet the fav’s $2.05 while she’s $3.20. The fav also settles further back in the run. I’m on Andres Girl to win.
1. Justifiably $5.00
Barrier 8 · Midfield · No leader
Blinkers go on #1 Justifiably and he comes off a 2nd last start. At $5 he gives us a much better gamble than the favourite at $2.20 in a no-leader 2000m on heavy 9. He has to run over the top of them late, and the blinkers should help. I’m on.
7. Tosen Fury $9.50
Barrier 8 · Off Pace · Soft pace
$9.50 about #7 Tosen Fury looks the overs. He ran second last start, ear muffs and winkers on, drawn 8. The fav is $1.85 from gate 12 and races back in midfield just like ours, so I’m not paying short for the same problem. Each-way.
15. Beer Baron $6.00
Barrier 7 · Midfield · Soft pace
I’m with #15 Beer Baron at $6. Ran second last start third-up off the freshen, drawn 7 in midfield. The favourite has to cross from gate 10 on a Heavy 9 and that’s hard work at $4.20.
9. Future Fund $8.50
Barrier 6 · Midfield · Soft pace
The fav’s $3.80 and settles back when the tempo’s slow, that’s not a price I want to pay. #9 Future Fund maps in the same midfield spot from gate 6, gets blinkers back on and visors off, the gear that suited when he was winning and placing before the let-up. He’s been below his best since, no hiding from that. At $8.50 it’s a fair swing on the gear change.
