Sunshine Coast Horse Racing Tips Sun 21/6/26

Fine day up at the Sunshine Coast and the track’s come up a Soft 7, so it’s racing on the easy side without being a bog. Eight on the card, but only two we’re keen on, so this is a pick-your-spots kind of meeting. Bold Blaze is the one we keep coming back to in Race 4, $7 from gate 8 over the 2265m, drawn to land midfield in a genuinely run race. Then Far Beyond at $8 in the 1000m dash later on. Two prices we think are overs, and the rest can wait.

4. Bold Blaze $7.00

Barrier 8 · Midfield · Genuine pace

Genuine pace projected, midfield trip from gate 8, on a soft track.

Race 6
3:00pm · 1000m · Hcp (C1) · 10 runners

11. Far Beyond $8.00

Barrier 6 · Midfield · Genuine pace

The favourite leaves me cold at $2.60. #11 Far Beyond won last time out and gets a genuine tempo to swoop into from midfield, while #3 Pyrolysis has to do the work up front from the wider gate. Blinkers stay on, Benjamin Osmond rides, and at $8 there’s plenty of room to be right. I’m with him.
