Randwick Horse Racing Tips Wed 7/10/26
No pure sprints at Randwick, with the card running 1250m…

Soft 7 at Sapphire Coast with fine weather overhead, so the ground should hold up rather than get worse through the day. That reads as a track where a well-placed backmarker can still get its chance, and that is exactly where we land in Race 4. Reinczech comes from gate 9 and settles back, but with no obvious leader the tempo suits, and $6 for her looks overs. Three we like across the card, one we love, and the going is the reason we are keen on the swoopers.
12. Reinczech $6.00
Barrier 9 · Backmarker · No leader
No genuine leader here, and that’s the opening. #12 Reinczech settles close, ran third last start, and Sairyn Fawke can roll her forward to control it from gate 9. The fav, #4 Hellfighter, sits further back at $2.35 and has to weave through midfield to get there. I’d rather be on the one making her own luck up front. At $6, on her to win.
1. Dunwithya $4.50
Barrier 1 · Off Midfield · Soft pace
Blinkers go on and he draws the rail from gate 1, so #1 Dunwithya should land closer than the favourite in this one. That suits me on a soft 7. Alamagan is the $2.90 pick but has to pick his way through the midfield from a wider gate, while Dunwithya gets the cheap run against the fence and only settles a few lengths off them. Give me the $4.50.
11. Ellismayne $3.10
Barrier 2 · Off Pace · Genuine pace
Genuine speed up front is what #11 Ellismayne wants. He settles back, so with them likely to go hard early, he gets the tempo to pick them off late. Blinkers on, drawn 2, and Coriah Keatings just needs to find him clear air. At $3.10, I’m happy enough to take him.
