Pinjarra Scarpside Horse Racing Tips Thu 4/6/26

Out to Pinjarra this afternoon and it’s a tidy little card to work through. Three we like off the nine, with Toronado Rocket in race 6 the one we keep coming back to at $3.50. Drawn 3, no obvious leader to chase him down, and the price looks fair. Track’s a Soft 7 under a clear sky, so the going should hold.

3. Gloranardo $5.50

Barrier 7 · Off Pace · No leader

No clear leader, off pace trip from gate 7, on a soft track.

6. Toronado Rocket $3.50

Barrier 3 · Midfield · No leader

#6 Toronado Rocket at $3.50 is where I’m at. He drops back to a sprint trip with the blinkers staying on, draws gate 3, and Chris Parnham knows him. The favourite Catch Carter is $4.20 from a similar midfield map but hasn’t won a race in his last nine starts, so I don’t see why he’s that close in the market. Toronado Rocket gets the cleaner run and the better profile. Take him to win.

2. Exquisite Taste $9.00

Barrier 6 · Off Pace · No leader

Nine bucks about #2 Exquisite Taste. He ran fourth last time, comes in third-up after a let-up, and the favourite has the same off-pace problem from a worse gate at $3.90. I’d rather have the $9 each-way.
