Money’s been moving at Moruya, and the one that caught the eye is Our Miracle Girl in race 1, backed from $41 into $23. Heliconia is in from $6 to $4.20 for Kerry Parker in race 2, and Nefradite has come from $14 into $9.50 for Gratz Vella in race 3, so the shorter ones are getting support as well. Vis I Do is another we like the look of in race 6, $18 into $11, out wide in the barriers but the money has come anyway. It’s a Soft track with sunny skies about, so it should be improving rather than easing as the day goes on, and with big fields right through, seven races with a dozen or more runners, plus the Cup in race 7, there’s plenty to sort out from 1020m out to 2010m. Selections drop here around 10am race morning once the markets firm.
