Cranbourne Horse Racing Tips Fri 9/10/26
Nine races at Cranbourne and we're only keen on one,…

Where’s the value at Morphettville today? We went through the nine races and came away with four worth a look, nothing we’d call a standout, just a few prices we keep coming back to. It’s a Soft 6 under grey skies, so the ground is worth respecting without making too much of it. Polar Eyes at $6 in Race 2 and The Cosmic One at $5 in the last are the two we’re keenest on.
11. Polar Eyes $6.00
Barrier 7 · Off Pace · Soft pace
The blinkers going on is the hook. #11 Polar Eyes ran second last time out and gets the gear change for Phillip Stokes. The pace looks soft, and while he settles back from gate 7, #12 Word Game sits even further back at $1.75, so I’m not touching that price on a runner with the same worry. At $6 with Harry Grace aboard, I’m on Polar Eyes.
9. Paris Winds $8.50
Barrier 5 · Off Pace · Hot pace
Genuine speed up top, and that’s the setup #9 Paris Winds wants. She gets back off them and comes over the top late, which is where you want to be on a hot tempo. The favourite Tobikko plays the same hand from the back, but you take $2.60 for it; I’d rather have $8.50 with Alysha Warren from gate 5. Each-way.
15. Rikki Rikkardo $3.90
Barrier 1 · Midfield · No leader
The rail draw is the edge here. #15 Rikki Rikkardo can save ground from gate 1 while Lafont has to work across from wider, he comes off a win last start, and he pays $3.90 into the bargain. I’m on him.
4. The Cosmic One $5.00
Barrier 2 · Off Pace · Genuine pace
#4 The Cosmic One keeps winning, two from his last three either side of a let-up and fresh again here. There’s genuine speed up front, so he gets something to close into from gate 2, and at $5 he’s better value than Anotherhouse doing the same job for $4. Take him.
