Ipswich Horse Racing Tips Fri 3/7/26

Quiet one at Ipswich today, just the one we’re keen on. Track’s a Soft 5 and the weather’s fine, so nothing tricky underfoot. Majestic Louvre in Race 7 is where our interest sits, $5.00 from gate 6 in a 13-horse field. He settles off the pace and there’s no obvious leader in that 1100m, so the run should be there late. Happy to let the rest of the card go and have our swing there.

6. Majestic Louvre $5.00

Barrier 6 · Off Pace · No leader

Bar plates going on the front for the first time is the little tweak I like on #6 Majestic Louvre. He settles back, and with no genuine leader that can be a worry, but he comes home hard enough to run over the top of them late. Brandon Lerena stays on, he ran third last start, and at $5 he gives me more than the $3.80 on the fav I Stole It, who only sits a touch closer. On him.
