Inverell Horse Racing Tips Fri 19/6/26

Good 4 at Inverell with cloud about but no rain in it, so the track is racing fair and the form holds up. That tilts us away from chaos picks and toward horses that are simply better value than the market thinks. Race 3 is where we keep landing. Moonspell settles off the pace from gate 3 in the Maiden, and at $9 for a six-horse field that read well, there’s enough there to like. Only a couple we’re keen on across the eight, with Miss Indi in the 7 the other one worth a look.

8. Moonspell $9.00

Barrier 3 · Off Pace · Soft pace

#8 Moonspell at $9 is the kind of overs I’m chasing. The soft tempo usually helps those up on speed, but he settles back and knows how to run over the top of them late. Gate 3 keeps him close enough in a six-horse field, and the tongue tie comes off. The $1.85 favourite, #10 Satin And Cash, looks short for one still searching for a win. I’m happy to take the value.

11. Miss Indi $9.50

Barrier 1 · Off Pace · Soft pace

The blinkers going on is the hook for #11 Miss Indi. From gate 1 she gets cover and a soft run on the fence, and she’s placed plenty when she’s been right. The soft pace means she’s giving the leaders a head start, but she comes home strong and gets her chance late. At $9.50 against the $1.90 favourite #2 On My Command, I like her as a saver each-way.
