Quiet one at Inverell today, a country card with just the one we’re keen on. Track’s a Good 4 and the weather’s fine, so no excuses on the surface. Race 3 is where we’ve landed, and it reads well for Captain Insano at $5. 11 runners, and that’s the sort of race where they can come home over the top of a crawl. One tip, worth a look, the rest of the card can wait.

#5 Captain Insano won last start and the blinkers stay on, so this is the form I want to follow at $5. There’s no genuine leader here, which means he can creep into it from gate 5 and run over the top of them late. Flash Prince is the same $5 from the rail, but I’d rather be on the horse that just saluted. Each-way.
