Seymour Horse Racing Tips Sun 11/10/26
No rating posted yet at Seymour, but it's sunny with…

Good 4 at Eagle Farm and the sun’s out, so no excuses about the ground today. We didn’t bother with the early stuff, our few we like are all late on the card from Race 6 onward. Nothing here we’d call a standout, just a handful of prices worth a look. Vandevelde is the shortest of them in the mile, and Somethin In Orange at $5.50 in the last is where it gets interesting.
4. Freeland $4.50
Barrier 8 · Backmarker · Soft pace
Blinkers go on #4 Freeland and that’s the hook for me. Ben Thompson sticks with her for the Munce yard, and at $4.50 I’d rather have her than the short one. #1 Mean Approach settles further back at $3.50, so he has more work to do and costs you more to find out. Give me Freeland.
7. Vandevelde $3.00
Barrier 2 · Midfield · Soft pace
#7 Vandevelde draws 2 and gets the cheap run on the fence. On a soft tempo he’s the one I want coming home over them late, and he ran second last start so he knows how to hit the line. At $3, I’m with him.
3. Puff ‘N’ Harry $4.40
Barrier 3 · Off Pace · No leader
No genuine leader here, so the ones settling back need a real turn of foot. #3 Puff ‘N’ Harry has it, he ran second last start and keeps finding the line hard. Blinkers and tongue tie stay on, Lerena rides, and he’s drawn 3. Meldubious sits in the same off-pace spot for the same sort of money, so I’d sooner take the $4.40 on the one coming home strongest.
8. Somethin In Orange $5.50
Barrier 2 · Midfield · Soft pace
Where’s the value in race 9? #8 Somethin In Orange at $5.50. He gets back midfield but comes home strong when they sprint, and on a soft tempo the leaders won’t kick clear. Drawn 2, he ran second last start, and I’d rather have his finish than take $2.80 on #1 Dust Cloud from gate 7. Happy to take the overs.
