Seymour Horse Racing Tips Sun 11/10/26
No rating posted yet at Seymour, but it's sunny with…

Where’s the value at Eagle Farm when half the card looks like a sit-and-sprint? That’s the read today. It’s a Soft 6 with fine weather overhead, so the ground is on the easy side of testing, and a few of these races have no clear leader. That suits the off-pace types, and most of the ones we’re keen on come from off the speed. Six races we like across the nine, nothing we’d call a standout, just a handful worth a look at fair prices.
16. Zoufani $7.00
Barrier 4 · Leader · Hot pace
#16 Zoufani comes here off two straight wins and draws to lead from gate 4. There’s genuine speed on, so he won’t have it all his own way up front, but he’s racing too well to leave out at $7. Scheherazade is the $4 fav, back in the midfield, and has to find a way through a hot tempo. I’ll take the in-form leader at the bigger price.
6. Geemes $6.00
Barrier 4 · Backmarker · No leader
Blinkers on for #6 Geemes is the angle I want. He settles back, but this is a no-leader race and he’s got the late kick to run over the top of them once the gear lifts him. Gibbons rides, drawn 4, and $6 beats taking $3.40 on Pinito with the same run to make from off the speed. On him.
1. Asterix $3.20
Barrier 3 · Midfield · Soft pace
#2 Future History is the $2.80 fav, but he has to burn out of gate 6 to cross and lead over 2400m, and that’s a lot of petrol to find. #1 Asterix sits one in at gate 3, gets the cosy run with Tim Clark aboard, and he’s won two of his last four for Waller. At $3.20 I’d rather have the horse saving ground than the one doing the work. Take Asterix.
1. War Eternal $3.60
Barrier 3 · Off Pace · No leader
I’m all over #1 War Eternal at $3.60. He’s won his last three, and in a race with no genuine leader his late kick is the weapon while the on-pacers fade. Sun God at $2.15 from gate 1 is too short for me. Take him.
3. Manaal $6.00
Barrier 8 · Off Pace · No leader
#3 Manaal at six bucks, and I’m happy to take it. He gets back, sure, but so does the $5 fav Gerringong from a worse draw out in gate 12, and Manaal’s got the late kick to run over the top of them once they wind up. Blinkers stay on and Melham rides. He’s the one I want.
3. Hidden Wealth $8.50
Barrier 4 · Off Pace · No leader
Where’s the value in the Healy? $8.50 on #3 Hidden Wealth. Gollan wins these at his home track, and in a no-leader sprint he’s got the late burst to mow them down from gate 4 once they wind up. The $6.50 fav #2 Yellow Brick has the same closing job to do from midfield at a shorter price. Easy call.
