Seymour Horse Racing Tips Sun 11/10/26
No rating posted yet at Seymour, but it's sunny with…
Synthetic at Canberra Acton today, and that changes how you read the form. The grass tracks have been wet all week, but this deck runs the same wet or dry. Four we’re keen on out of seven, all off-pace runners because the synthetic rewards anything finishing on. Turn Left in race 5 at $6.50 is the one we like best.
7. Encampment $9.00
Barrier 5 · Off Pace · Soft pace
Visors going on first time and the blinkers come off, that’s the angle for #7 Encampment. Quayde Krogh sticks, gate 5 is workable, and on the synthetic over 1900m the soft tempo lets an off-pacer build into it. The favourite is $2.35 and has to do the work from midfield in the same shape, so I’d rather take $9 on the horse with the fresh gear and a cleaner run from the draw. Each-way for me.
9. Turn Left $6.50
Barrier 4 · Off Pace · Genuine pace
The fav at $3.40 just ran seventh off a spell, so I’m not paying that. There’s genuine speed up front, which is what #9 Turn Left wants. He settles back off the speed and gets to pick them off late. He won last start, winkers stay on, drawn 4. The favourite maps in the same spot at half the price. Take him at $6.50.
9. Cyclone Rupert $10.00
Barrier 4 · Off Pace · Soft pace
Ten bucks on #9 Cyclone Rupert is the kind of overs I’m chasing. He gets back, but the favourite settles midfield in the same shape at $2.60, so I’m not paying short for the same problem. Tongue tie comes off first time, blinkers on, Van Overmeire from gate 4. At $10, he doesn’t need much to go right.
10. The Eyes Have It $10.00
Barrier 5 · Off Pace · Genuine pace
I’m with #10 The Eyes Have It at $10. Genuine speed up front, winkers on, Van Overmeire from gate 5, and he runs over the top late. #6 Neeson has to lead them at $1.90 in a twelve-horse C2, no thanks.
