Fremantle vs Brisbane Grand Final Prediction
Brisbane by four. That is my number for the Grand…

The Gabba, Brisbane
Brisbane at the Gabba as heavy favourites – the market clearly hasn’t looked too hard at the Bulldogs’ recent numbers.
Because when I run this one through the model, I’m not getting a Lions win.
I’m getting a Western Bulldogs win. By 4 points. At the Gabba.
Now, I’ll be upfront – that surprised me too. The Lions have been a powerhouse at home and the market reflects that at $1.44.
But that Bulldogs momentum score of 112.3 is genuinely elite. It’s the second highest I’ve seen across the whole round, and it’s backed up by an 80% win rate over their last five – identical to Brisbane’s.
The difference is in the trajectory, and right now the Bulldogs are the team pointing upward.
The market is asking Brisbane to win by more than 15 points for the favourite line to pay.
My model has the Bulldogs winning outright.
That’s a 19.5-point swing between what I’m seeing and what you’d need from the Lions to cover.
I’ve said it before this round – when the model and market disagree this sharply, that’s where the opportunity is.
Brisbane’s momentum is 98.9 – decent, but the Bulldogs at 112.3 are in a completely different gear heading into this one.
Western Bulldogs +15.5 at $1.90 is a very comfortable line bet when your model has them winning.
You’ve got nearly a 20-point buffer. That’s not a hope and a prayer – that’s a proper edge.
Solid stake, Bulldogs on the line.
